Prof. Chen HU is an Assistant Professor of the Department of Physics at the Chinese University of Hong Kong, starting in December 2024. Before that, he was a postdoctoral research fellow at the Department of Physics of the University of California, Berkeley, and the Materials Sciences Division of the Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory with Prof. Steven G. Louie. He obtained his PhD degree in physics from McGill University under the supervision of Prof. Hong Guo in May 2020.
